I just purchased the 4 tuner HD Homerun so this is a fresh install for a first time user.
Plex found the tuner imediately, scanned and found 21 channels, I was presented a screen to choose my zip code (I’m in the US) and after entering my zip code there was a little swirling icon for about 10 seconds then nothing.
I’ve tried this a few times and each time it’s the same. No error, just stuck.
Anyone have suggestions?
Having the same error here. Using a Nvidia Shield as my Plex server, HD HomeRun EXTEND as my tuner - when I get to this point in setup where I enter my zip code, it either spins for 60 seconds and shows the error, or if I bypass the continue button by hitting return in the zip code field it goes to the next screen in the wizard and stays at 0% forever.
Unacceptable, Plex!
I upgraded my server and it works now.
