i usually use a rasperry to connect to plex, but today, the server (from my NAS, on the same network) was found, but not reachable. (the web interface is functionnal, as well as my app on android)
After some research, i found these messages each i was trying to connect:
CERT incomplete TLS handshake: tlsv1 alert unknown ca
CERT incomplete TLS handshake: tlsv1 alert unknown ca
yes, 2 times, and i don’t know why.
From what i read, can you reset the certificate?

Your certificate has been reset.
You had maxed it out with 5. suggest you look at the permissions of the file system and make sure the plex user can write to it and save the certificate .
You may now restart the server
I reinstalled Plex and am pointing it to my old Plex Media Server directory. HTTP works but HTTPS does not. I think I need a cert reset too. I’ve shutdown my server. This is from the debug console:

You may restart the server.
In the future, there is no need to keep deleting the server instance. You had used up a large number of certificates do to this.

I only see one server on this account and it does not have a certificate.
I can’t help you much with this (Windows) but the server was last seen 4 hours ago as of this post time.
