Plex EPG not updating or downloading - Duel HDHomeRun

Server Version#: Ubuntu 18.04 - Letest updates installed 02/19 ; Windows 10 1809

I am aware there is a known service issue with a partial outage, however the Plex Status reports it as resolved. Which is the truth?

I am wondering if I have another issue besides the EPG download:

I have two Plex servers running in my environment, one on Ubuntu 18.04 Server and another on Windows 10 1809. Everything was working great with one HDHomeRun Duo. I added a second DVR device, the HDHomeRun Connect and Plex was unable to load the Enhanced Program Guide or any data. On both the Windows 10 and Ubuntu server, the EPG update gave a 0% Initializing and then closed with no data downloaded.

I then removed both devices and re-added them. Windows 10 server brought me to the same place, however the Ubuntu server is not able to add any device as it cannot get past the DVR Setup to download the Local Over the Air Broadcast data. Why was Windows 10 able to attach the device whereas Ubuntu server is refusing to do so? Any words of wisdom here or is it a waiting game until the EPG Update service is restored?

Is there an ETA for resolution on the EPG Update issue?

Apparently not.

Have the issue too - cannot add a tuner without it.

I expect pretty much everyone has this issue.

I am able to add the tuners today, it may be resolved. No garantees but I was able to ge tthe system up and running a few minutes ago.
