Plex find the movie folder but don't show on library

Just added a movie on the folder, by the log plex seams to find but it doesn’t show on the library.

It thinks Ava is the movie Onward. You’ll have to fix the matching on it. It matched to the same thing for me.

Please add the full ZIP file.

It is not always possible to diagnose from a single (especially the current) log file.
Most information is found in the ancillary logs and rollovers

May I see the XML of the file for “Ava” ?

The name of the file is not supposed to be the problem. i have a lot of files named that way and no problem with them.

The problem is, it doesn’t even show on plex as unidentified . if it appears, i can manual select in case it couldn’t identify the movie by it self. it doesn’t show at all. there is something else. the name of the file doesn’t look to be the problem or the many AVA’s.

I had the same issue. For some reason it is Onward comes up as the top match for movie correctly titled and labeled as Ava. I had to go to onward and split it since it had 2 copies. Then look at the info to see which on is Ava based on file location and manually match it. The only issue I am running into is that it is not showing in my recently added movies because it kept the history from Onward.

I should probably add that I have not updated to the new beta movie matching update.

No you didn’t. It’s not the same. The movie doesn’t show at all on plex library, nor even as unidentiffied or wrongly identified.

did you look at the movie onward in you movie to see if it shows a little 2 in the corner?

@ChuckPa, it’s not possible t get the XML. Find out where i can get, but for thatmovie is not possible because it doesn’t show the movie on library at all.

Unfreaking believable. Really sorry guys. Plex is mixing onward with AVA. Is finds both files with 100% match with both movies. That is the problem. Really sorry and thank you.

Apparently. But the problem is something on plex is making both movies be identified like onward in some cases. Sorry to be stubborn. The problem is that onward i had for long time and plex mixed both but didn’t put on recently added.

What is annoying, is, that once it does this even splitting apart and fixing the match does not bring Ava to the top of the list when viewing by date added.
