Don’t even think about buying a plex pass. You’re just giving them money to fund the continued commercialization and ad-bloating of this joke of a service while they leave age old bugs like this ignored.

Watch years old bugs completely ignored.
Watch their “solution” be to recommend you buy a 250 dollar 5 year old box to replace your 250 dollar box since they can’t be bothered to support their paid app for their paying customers.

By the way if you take the time to respond to this comment but haven’t taken the time to follow up with customers regarding this bug that will be wiiiiild.
Why isn’t there an actual ticketing system like normal consumer products have for paying customers to use.
Tracking. Accountability. Timeliness.
Instead it’s this wasteland of a forum which automatically closes support requests after plex deems the issue uninteresting for an adequate amount of time and abandons it.
