Hi been using plex for years no problem , now i cant connect to pc server to play own content .
Next to name is a triangle with ! inside, i have updated both server and firestick app still the same , DO I HAVE TO NOW HAVE A PLEXPASS FOR THIS TO WORK ???
reason i ask is when i updated my iphone recently i had to pay a one time payment for it to work ???
Check the secure communications settings on your server and FireStick.
Also, update to the current version of Plex Media Server.
