I am having issues with one specific media file that seems to be causing issues when played on amazon firestick. Works fine on other devices.
The file is the same as all my other files (mp4 aac) yet this one specific file keeps stopping halfway into movie with error saying server cannot convert file.
When i look at playback info the video and audio is using direct play. Why is it trying to convert. If i compare the file with other movies i have its exactly the same.
Any help would be great.
