Hi - I have some video files (mp4) that are 1080p - h265 transcoded. My LG TV’s plex app plays them no problem… My Ipad / Iphone’s plex app says it cant play the conetent but gives me the option to open them in another app (vlc plays them no problem).. The Amazon Firestick is what is giving me problems, it just says it can’t play the file… Any help?
