Plex on amazon Fire TV Stick does not play some media Items

Hi,

I got several Fire TV Sticks which will not play some media.
I cant tell what causes this, affected are h264 and h265 content.

If i try to play affected media I get a circle and after about 30-40 seconds I just get the message “File could not be played”.

I tried to transcode the media with the same result.
Other devices can play the media without any problem, direct play and transcode does work. Except for amazon fire tv sticks.

It seems that this issue appeared with the latest plex player version .
Any ideas what to do?
