Plex & Firewall setup

I am using Plex on a TerraMaster NAS and I also configured the Firewall which is a Ubiquiti USG and I tried both using UONO or Port Forwarding and for some reason, I cannot stream to my phone or tablet when I am not at home.
Here is my Firewall setting I tried unsuccessfully:

Does anybody has this working with a Ubiquity Firewall? What am I missing?

I’m not exactly sure which screenshot is which…
All the firewall rules allowing Plex to communicate are referring to your internal network (=rules on the server for local communication). Do NOT open those ports on your router or external firewall!!

From https://support.plex.tv/articles/201543147-what-network-ports-do-i-need-to-allow-through-my-firewall/

Warning! : For security, we very strongly recommend that you do not allow any of these “additional” ports through the firewall or to be forwarded in your router, in cases specifically where your Plex Media Server is running on a machine with a public/WAN IP address. This includes those hosted in a data center as well as machines on a “local network” that have been put into the “DMZ” (the “de-militarized zone”) of the network router. This is not a setup that applies to most users.

For remote access you’ll only need 1 manual port forward on the router allowing a custom public port to be forwarded to the PMS’ tcp/32400.
