You’ve done a lot. Let’s see if we can get a clean boot and some logs.
Please also describe the hardware your server is running on,
where you store your videos, and your network layout. Tell us if you
have Plex Remote Access setup. Type for us an exact example of how
you name a movie file, its full path in a Preformatted Text block
in your reply, which is done using the </> symbol above, e.g.,
/share/Video/Film/Klunkerz (2006) - DVD.mp3.avi
Is it safe to guess that you have TV Shows separate from films?
Please create a test case for me.
Settings - Server - General - DEBUG logging on - VERBOSE logging off - SAVE
Reboot the PMS computer, and login to it’s desktop, not into Plex.
Wait 5-10min for the PMS to do housekeeping.
Start a Plex Player or PMP or Plex Web Client.
Give that 2min to do update checks.
Try to Fix Match a single film.
Wait 30sec.
Settings - Server - Troubleshooting - Download Logs
Zip the folder it downloaded, and attach the zip with your reply.
The Server is running on a new Windows 10 PC, as described from PLEX, i had move the Plex Server, to my new one after my old System go down because of an HW crash.
Also the server log is still in Verbose mode. I have to believe that you unchecked that box and hit Save but who knows. Maybe it’s so buggy that it won’t even save.
My overall guess is that the install failed. Anyone else spot something?
