I’ve several movies that need to be matched, but when I try to fix the matches, I see this:
I would think that it’s connectivity issue, but the ‘ribbon’ is displaying, so the list is at least partially rendering.
May I have the DEBUG logs ZIP file please?
No way to know what’s happening without them.
If something is indeed wrong, I’ll find it.
Absolutely. I went through the motions on that screen before exporting them, so hopefully its of use.

Found a problem.
Naming of the media doesn’t look the best either.

The server’s credentials don’t match what Plex.tv is expecting.
Is the server signed in?
The name should include the year. Aladdin (1996) or Aladdin (2019) to avoid the ambiguity.
It seems that it is, I’ve checked through plex.tv & through the local IP. Would me changing the IP address affect this? Or do I need to sign out and back in again?
Update - Signed out and back in with no changes. The server is also showing up under online sources with the correct info.
How is the file named? (exactly please).
That’s important.
I’m trying to dig down through .
Also, did any part of this installation come from/originate on a Windows host?
Here’s the relative path, name included: /media/movies/movies/Aladdin Diamond Edition_t08.mkv
The server is a Freenas Plugin, so nothing has come from Windows. The previous server (same name) was on Ubuntu.
Lastly, this issue isn’t unique to this specific movie, its for any movie that I attempt to fix matches for.
Hope that helps!
