@fe2mike : can you try to force-quit the app on your Android and test again? @tehekaj : make sure to pick the right installer package. There’s a package for DSM 7 and one for 7.2.2 and newer releases. Those packages are not compatible as Syno made some significant changes with DSM 7.2.2.
