I checked the server is there, updated, ports open, completely reachable.
On Android, it’s not recognised either using mobile data or wifi.
I only use plex for my own media content, and now all I can see is a clogged interface full of content I don’t want that I can’t remove while my server is just not there.
I am having the same issue. Android App updated automatically on phone and TV. At first it said the server version was outdated. Updated the server version to a newer one and now it won’t find the server on the Android apps.
Plex web app works fine on the local PC that runs the server.
I don’t know what happened, but the library just popped in. I launched the app now, and it loaded the library without any problem at all. Why wasn’t it working and now it found it at first try, I have no idea.
I’m having the same issue. I just loaded up some new music to my server last night and was trying to get to it via my phone and I’m getting the “no servers” message when I go to the libraries tab. Server is the official Docker image running on a Ubuntu server base. Just pulled the latest image to retry, but no luck. I’ll give it a bit to sync, but it’s already been maybe 15 minutes since I updated and restarted the Docker image.
I can get to the server fine via a computer and the website, just not through the app. Plexamp is also not finding any libraries/servers.
