Two phones, one local network, one Plex for Android 2025.15.0 app on different phones. On one phone Plex works, at least it finds my server, and also externally, on the second phone Server Offline. I reset the app, deleted it and reinstalled it, logged in with my account, Server Offline. I didn’t understand a damn thing.
Before the new version of the app, Plex worked on the second phone.
It was still not possible to connect to the server on the second phone, although they are on the same network as the server and the server has external access open.
Logs Plex Mobile on second phone.

I set up a test Plex media server on a raspberry pi, and it saw the second phone. Maybe https is up on my main server, maybe that’s why? Then why does my phone see it, mysticism)

Secured connections on the network tab of the server are on “Preferred”
with app 10.26.XXX : wifi and 4g - works flawlessly
with app 2025.16.0 : wifi works but 4g doesn’t, all servers and libraries are offline
plex web works
My logs show the same than yours, “Testing connection” and “Fetch timeout”
Have you solved your problem ?
I have the exact same problem with the New Android app.
I have it on my android phone and it works with no issue, but when using the android tv box it shows all my libraries as offline.
I haven’t been able to find a fix on this, so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
