WHATS NEW:

  • [Mobile] Improve sign in screen on tablet devices.
  • [TV] Fire TV: support login with Amazon when creating a new account.
  • [TV] Live TV: improved scrolling within TV guide.

FIXES:

  • Home: hubs from different servers would sometimes display the same data.
  • Continue watching hub in “Movies & TV” source would only contain 10 items.
  • Playlist thumbnails would fail to load sometimes.
  • Player: multi-part videos would only play the first two parts.
  • Home: continue watching hub would only contain 10 items from one server.
  • DVR: crash when editing a recording.
  • DVR: trying to edit a recording from the ‘Schedule’ tab resulted in an empty dialog.
  • Player: hubs would be missing from the postplay.
  • Player: potential crash when exiting during post play screen.
  • Ensure that cloud content is shown in the right language for the device.
  • Display proper subtitle in episode cards if show is date-based.
  • DVR: show ‘location’ dropdown when editing a recording if multiple locations are available.
  • Player: crash could occur when loading a stream with zero bytes of initialisation data.
  • Folder cards could be unreadable.
  • Player: crash could occur when launching the player with no chapter data.
  • Player: ensure surface is prepared before playback begins.
  • Player: potential crash when closing player.
  • Player: bump ExoPlayer to r2.13.1.
  • Preplay summaries didn’t include full paragraph breaks.
  • [Mobile] Player: lyrics for tracks opened from search were not always displayed.
  • [Mobile] Settings: improve naming of the device name setting.
  • [TV] Don’t allow too dark colors with blurred background.

  • [TV] Animated transition between background changes.
  • [TV] Preplay: episodes on single season shows would be missing titles.
  • [TV] Preplay: the season preplay would sometimes display previous episode’s details.
  • [TV] Player: chapters and Live TV channels could disappear randomly.
  • [TV] Preplay summaries would sometimes not be clickable.
  • [TV] Better support for displaying metadata of date-based shows.
