Plex for Android 8.23.0

NOTE: We are performing a staged rollout, which means the update may take a day or two before it becomes available.

FIXES:

  • Content added to library from TIDAL would not play.
  • Related hubs on details screen would only display 10 items.
  • Audio: prevent crash playing empty play queue.
  • [Mobile] Downloads: show an error when the transcoder crashes.
  • [Mobile] Downloads: could get stuck at initialising.
  • [TV] Preplay: reviews would display shared user name as a source.
  • [TV] Preplay: display user rating.
