Hi everyone I’m having issues with my iOS devices connecting to my Plex Media Server on a QNAP TS-859 Pro+ NAS, It appears that my player(S) say I need a server version of 1.15.2 or above. If I open the server interface it tells me that an update is available but it won’t install. It looks like the update needs QTS 4.3 or above, but my QNAP NAS is running QTS 4.2.6 build 20200821 which is the latest for my NAS.
Anyone know how I can update the PMS to support the player versions on my iOS devices?

I’m afraid you’re stuck.
QNAP has ended all support for the TS-859 Pro+ . This is why it’s still QTS 4.2.
Your alternative is to migrate the metadata / history you have to a more capable machine and let the NAS be what is it – a NAS.

I shall not worry too much as I play most of the time through my Firestick & soundbar, which works fine.
