Player Version#:Latest IOS in Phones and Apple TV. They are all on auto updates.
Yesterday all our IOS Devices, 2 Iphones and 2 IPads and Apple TV stopped connecting to the Plex Media Server running on my QNAP NAS.
Can access using android tablet and using Lap Top directly into Server. Currently playing media to Apple TV using Lap Top and casting to Apple TV via devices.
No matter what I do I can’t get any IOS device to connect and as said only started yesterday.
Am thinking of deleting Plex from QNAP Server and starting again. Has been running seamlessly for about 5 years until yesterday.
Does any one have any thoughts. Have checked forum etc and tried what has been suggested to no avail. Were there changes to the IOS apps yesterday that anyone is aware of.

It seems your server is outdated. Try updating it to the latest public release (version 1.19.3); you might need to reboot the NAS after the update for the libraries to be picked up again.
Thanks Tom. Will give that a go. Have only ever done PLEX updates on the QNAP when provided by QNQP that is why it is out of date. Have just researched doing the update manually and will give it a go later tonight or early tomorrow morning.

Just manually installed latest update to server and IOS now working and connecting to Server again. Thanks heaps was always a bit worried and didn’t know about the Manual Upload.
