Ok, so there was an update on my Lg tv for Plex today, and to my horror, I cannot leave early access to get the full capabilities of navigation back on my LG tv remote. I used to hit the up and down buttons to skip chapters, and that capability is now gone!!! I hate it and I want my chapter skipping capabilities back!!! Fix please!!!

I updated as well for LG, cannot leave early access either. When in early access Plex does not work period and cannot connect to server. Leaving early access makes plex actually work for me. What is up plex?
Channel up/down are supposed to do that now.
I wasn’t thinking and upgraded as well and am now stuck. The biggest issue I have is that I watch and delete a lot of content and delete is now only available at the episode level. You can only “Shuffle” at the series page so now I have to do a lot more navigation just to be able to delete.
Where is the “leave early access” option in user settings?! This update broke my access to my local Plex. The previous version did too, but I opted out and went back to the old version and it worked fine.
We need a solution ASAP.

Just upgraded the plex app on webOS and now the fast forward and fast rewind button are missing … also trying to go forward or back in the time bar don’t work … i can only play/pause and restart the movie. I’m missing something ?
Which remote are you using? My tv doesn’t have the magic remote. My tv, I am using an insignia lg replacement remote from Best Buy. Can you hit left and right shuttle on your remote for rewind and fast forward? That’s what I use

obviously i’ve tried the left and right because before the upgrade these was also the key that i used for going forward and back in the timeline but don’t work …
have you tried channel up and down? ends up on my remote, that is where they moved chapter skipping to… that remote isnt anything close to mine…
I believe it works like this…
Press OK - controls appear
Press Up arrow - A dot on the timeline appears
Press Right arrow - Dot progresses along timeline

Yes, i’ve just discovered this way yesterday 
is not really a fast forward but instead is a skip of few seconds … you must press a lot of time and you haven’t a preview. When you have activated the bar with the dot you can drag the dot with the pointer of the remote to skip where you want in the movie (alway without preview so it’s not a fine control) but it’s better of nothing
i remember well, in the past there were the button for a real fast forward and fast rewind with the movie that played at 2x or 4x … right ?
