Plex for multiple TV's

I want to run multiple movies to multiple TV’s simultaneously. Each TV a different movie. About 7 TV’s. Anyone have experience with this? Would Plex be able to handle that load? Thanks.

At which quality/resolution?
Are the TV’s wired up or are you trying to use a wireless network?
Is playback started from the TVs themselves or do you expect an autonomous/ looped playback without user input?

Currently I have Minix players connected with flash drives holding the movies. I have HDMI cables running to all the TV’s that I connect cableTV to. Ultimately I would like to be able to play movies to the TV’s from a central computer. Wireless is easiest but I’m worried about buffering obvisouly.

Thanks, M

Not sure if this helps you but i have plex on my PC as the main server in my house and it can stream to all 3 TVs 2 with xbox 1 with smart tv app all on the same internet network at the same time and also have a couple family members remotely stream all done at the same time with no buffer in my house not sure about the remote clients they haven’t complained yet
for the best results all the devices will need to either Direct play or Direct Stream if they transcode you may end up with buffering

If your TVs are wired up, I see no problem.
If you pre-transcode your content to fit the TV’s abilities (and reduce the bandwidth), then Plex will have no issue streaming to 7 clients simultaneously.
