We’re seeing an issue with the latest Plex update 1.17.0.1709 on QTS. When I go to install the package:

Yes, this is known.
We started working with QNAP two weeks ago in anticipation of the new Package Signing and Certification process.
For now, you will receive that warning. If you download it directly from Plex.tv, you’re fine.
We will have the QNAP certificate embedded in the package sometime over the next couple releases (it takes time to get the certificate back from them)

…could you provide an md5 checksum for the package so we can double check that we’re downloading the correct, untouched file, please?

Plex Pass download: PMS 1.18.3 should now show as properly signed for all QTS 4.4.1 systems.
