Plex for Samsung 43Q60T always transcodes video when audio cannot be direct streamed

Player Version#: 5.1.0 and 5.11.2

Every time it can’t direct stream the audio (DTS or lossless) it transcodes both audio and video, which the server can’t handle, especially with 4K content, resulting in buffering every 2-3 seconds. I’ve already looked through all the settings in both the TV, in early access and standard mode, and the server, and can’t find anything wrong. The same server can stream and transcode only the audio to an older, lower-end Samsung 40NU7100, without issues.
