I would love for Plex to develop a version of plex for the Samsung Gear VR (a little bit like the netflix function, in a virtual theater) i linked a picture of what the netflix app looks like as an idea of what i mean.
Since VR is getting bigger and bigger, i think this would be a great idea to work on

Yes, me too! Hopefully with all the promotions for the S7 giving away the VR for free, it will gain enough popularity to warrant this feature.

Please just not for Samsung VR! Make this Universal VR with Oculus, Sony, etc. all supported!
They would have to be separate apps and therefore take separate effort. I am working on Gear VR atm and if I should ever receive my CV1 and have the time I would certainly take a look at doing a rift one. However I would not be doing one for PS4/PSVR so lets hope the Plex Team are also working on it.
