As cool as I'm sure that would be, I expect very, very few people would be able to test it and use it, it would be more likely to happen if Tesla created it themselves since hardly anybody will have Plex AND a Tesla.

I am thinking a proper client with PlexSync would be best for a car, however since the range of the Tesla will likely keep you bound to 3G areas anyway the webclient might work.

Good idea, just tried that. Must be something with the built in browser b/c despite the server being available on my phone and on browsers on my Mac's in my home, when testing in the garage, it shows as unavailable from my.plexapp.com, and even if i go to PlexWeb, i get the frown face warning that its unavailable...must not be a full blown web browser... :(

I’d love a Plex app for the Model S so my kids can watch stuff on longer trips.
Actually, one of the reasons I bought the S is that it actually costs me less than any other car because of free supercharging and free electricity from my roof.
Better think before judging (and writing and making yourself look real stupid).
A model 3 is 35k base, I guess privilege is relative.
When is it not privilege? 25k? 15k? Maybe anything above 5k car is privileged?
Actually when people spend their life energy working hard and convert that life energy into $ which is spent, how can that ever be considered privilege no matter what price was paid for the car?
