I have identical player (client) version, and the reported platform version # that is failing for you as I also experience new failure.
Any idea how to roll back the Vizio firmware / platform version?
My server version is now on the most up to date at 1.32.6.7557 but whatever the previous version was (months old) also gave me this error as soon as the Vizio firmware / platform version updated.
I can’t get the Plex Vizio app to connect to my server as of October 5th either. Had been working fine for a long time. Have changed absolutely zero settings of anything. Just, poof - refusing to work. After a Vizio firmware update.
I have two Vizio TVs and Plex works fine on one and is broken on the other. They are different model TVs and both are fully updated.
I can confirm that connecting to a local manual server is broken on one of my Vizio TVs:
client: 5.69.1 and platform 3.0.0-2335.0003
–Also unable to connect when logged into Plex account or logged out–
On the other Vizio TV (newer TV by a year or two) it works fine (logged out, but also worked logged in):
client: 5.69.1 and platform 3.0.0-2317.0004
All settings are identical and I have tried both wired connections and wifi with same results. I am 99.9% sure this is an issue with the Plex app on the TV with platform 3.0.0-2335.0003.
