When plex server is having a response problem and a library returns “not found” it seems that plex for windows will cache that result even if the media server is now responsive. I can view the movies from the home page and access their details, but am not able to access the movies library directly. Is there any way to reset the cache to allow it to re-connect to the library?
I got the same problen on mac with the player.
Some library are not found (even if the player and server are on the same machine).
But they exist and I can search / navigate using the recent in home page. but the main page of the library is still display a not found.
on the webserver / android / appletv no issue so its related to the player only.
Same problem. Just one TV library (Not found) “We’re having trouble finding this page. It might have been deleted”
It has not been deleted according to the search bar, home screen or other android players connected to the server
Just the web player in Windows
No one was responding so I searched around and found another thread on this in case anyone is still having an issue.

Suppose to Reset Defaults on the Plex Web Debug page under your server settings
