Hello,
I have been running Plex for a number of years on a variety of devices, including Web Clients, Smart TVs, Smart Phones, desktop clients, etc. For whatever reason, I am having issues with a single Windows 10 device and the Windows for Plex Desktop app. Whenever I try to open any media file, the media starts to open, and the player seems to appear, but then the client hangs and is unresponsive until I kill the process. This is the only machine I have seen this behavior on, and it seems to happen regardless of whether I am on the local network with my plex server or remote. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application multiple times, along with clearing out the appdata directories, but have had no luck in getting it to work. I am running the latest version of the app, the server software, and Windows itself. Entirety of the local application logs below from the most recent reinstall to the crash. Here are the relevant Windows crash entries as well. Nothing is jumping out to me as a smoking gun. Any ideas? Thanks.
