Plex for Windows wants to update to a lower version

On startup, Plex for Windows says that a newer version is available and says I should update now. If I do, it puts me on to version 1.6.something. This was true on 1.11 and persists in the most recent version. If I had to take a guess, 6 > 1 so the version comparison is being done character-wise rather than on a parsed int method.

Close Plex for Windows
Make sure there are no remaining processes named Plex.exe, using the process explorer (CTRL+Shift+Esc)

Clear out the folder C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Plex\cache\updates

See if this changes anything.
