Hi all
I had an issue where the update window opens tiny so updated manually from the website. The problem is now the update window still pops up every time asking me to update so I click, it says its updating, and then immediately asks me again.
Is this a known bug? Or is there something I can do to remedy it?

I’ve done that. Latest version is installed, but upon opening Plex for Windows it says to update. If you update it asks you immediately after on a loop. Have to click ignore to open plex.

Yeah. I had the 1.24 version. I think if I run the updater on 1.26 it puts 1.24 on and then still insists theres an update so it always wants to update without doing anything.
The issue isn’t the version, it’s the fact the updater on opening insists theres an update every time without actually doing one. I wondered if it was a bug or not.
The issue would be the version if you didn’t have the latest, as in it wasn’t installing for some reason. All we can do is go by what you are showing.
So, if you do have 1.26 I don’t know what is going on. haven’t seen other posts about an update bug but I haven’t searched.
I’ll check my own. I never use it.
You know what I did? Cleared the cache in appdata. It isnt asking to update constantly now!
