Plex for Windows: Why is there no HDR Support?

Server Version#:1.20.0.3133
Player Version#: 1.16.0.1364-da192ff7

Tried it Multiple Times with Multiple PCs. Plex for Windows just cant handle HDR.
I have multiple HDR Movies wich play without Issue in Emby or Media Player Classic. But in Plex the Colors are wrong because they are affected by the Windows SDR/HDR Tonemapping. You can test that out yourself. Switch Windows to HDR. Start a HDR Movie in Plex and then change the Windows SDR/HDR Brightness Slider. You will see the Video Changes with it. This means the PLEX App outputs ZERO HDR Metadata,
That means that PLEX has NO HDR Support on Windows.

How can that be? Even I have pulled that off in a Media Player Project I had to code for my Programming Course.

So yeah. I canceld the recurring payment on my PLEX Pass until thats fixed. Because it makes Plex pretty much useless on my current Library and Playback devices.
