Plex For Windows, with AMD-GPU working, occupies high

My computer’s CPU is R7-5800H

When using plex for Windows clients, the usage rate of graphics cards is very high. Causing an increase in temperature, the noise from the fan is very distressing.

The same movie, when I use a pot player, or other similar players. The occupancy rate is significantly lower.

I have tried various options, such as changing subtitles from PGS to SRT, or changing EAC3 audio to AC3.

I have also tried to lower the Video Playback Quality in the settings. But there is no way to reduce usage.

I also tried searching on the internet. I only found one post from 2022, and the author also has the same issue. His solution is to use an older version of Plex Media Player. This software stopped updating in 2020. And I am currently unable to download this software.
