Plex forcing me to update a library

I added a TV documentary and plex db wasn’t able to assign it correctly to the right season. So I changed the user agent to TMDB and everythig was correctly recognized.

Now Plex is forcing me to update the whole library:

Mi problem is that I have several TV Series I modified manually, to get the correct episodes order, covers and so. If I click the “update” button, Plex will mess everything up?
I passed days to order all perfectly, I don’t want to have to restart from scratch.

Usually you shouldn’t have to. If something gets messed up you can apply/override the default episode order of the library for individual shows. Custom / manually added metadata should persist when upgrading the library (assuming the fields are locked).
