Hello,
i bought this nas almost 2 months ago. For more then a month it freezes every few days. In the testing fase I disabled plex and it worked several days without any issues (except not being able to use plex, the reason i got this nas)
When it works it works OK. Today i watched something on my laptop, a few hours later though my chromecast with TV. Sometime later i tried to watch another show and noticed plex didn’t find the server anymore. Asuscontrol center said the nas was offline, the AI master on my tablet also couldn’t connect. But i could open it on my browser, but very very slow. After about 10 minutes trying to get a diagnostics from DR. Asustor it froze completly.
