Plex goes to black is screen in Samsung smart tv

Issue is resolved when do a fresh install but next time app goes to black screen after Plex logo animation.

what model tv do you have and Tizen version?

Is this on wifi or ethernet. Just a black screen usually would indicate a network issue with the app not loading

This got resolved after clearing app data.
