My current Plex server is running a Xeon L5640 with no integrated graphics and an Nvidia GT 730 2gb for graphics. I’m trying to enable hardware video encoding on the GPU but I can’t find the option in the transcoding settings, presumably because the CPU has no iGPU. Is there some sort of workaround for this? Or would I need a CPU that has integrated graphics?
