Plex has no channels

I can’t access any channels on Plex at all. When I click around channels nothing appears - I get a very fast loading indicator and then blank space. Any tips on this one?

PS: I’m not on the newest release - but the one version just before the most recent…

If I wait 6 minutes they appear. On both of my laptops using Chrome and Safari there is this very odd delay. So, it works…slowly. Waiting 6 minutes every time I try to look at channel lists, updates, etc.

you could enable debug logging on the server, restart the server, and reproduce the problem - noting down the times / taking full screenshots (showing url and time) when viewing channels and nothing happens and then later when they show. Attach the two screensahots and zip of a copy of the Logs folder (including contents of the PMS Plugin Logs subfolder and can see what is happening

What version of Plex Media Server are you running ?
