Hello, how are you? I was for about 3 months without stuttering, but it is back again. 
This is my first time posting here because i bought plexpass and the dashboard could not help me because it says nothing is wrong.
This is my network at home:
Router ax7000be → Switch Tp Link SG-1005d → Windows 11 Plex Server
|-> Nvidia shield
CAT6 Everything, recognizing 1000 (Mbps)
The dashboard says direct playing and not using ram and cpu. The server is a windows 11 AMD Ryzen 5900x 32gb ram rtx 3080 and is working fine for gaming and working.
I dont have bitdefender and have turned off large send at device manager.
If someone can throw some light, my last resort would be buying a synology but i dont want to spend all this money in a server, its very expensive in my country.
The stuttering happens when there is a lot of action, high music and usually at the end of the movie.
I attached the logs, if you guys need something more, just tell me.
