Server Version: My Cloud Home
Player Version: Plex Pre-Installed on 3/4 years old Hisense VIDAA OS 3.13.14
I have been using Plex Media Server (Mac) and Plex on my Hisense VIDAA TV for a while now, but I decided get a NAS, so I set it up, transferred the files and configured Plex. It works great on my mac and iphone but when I tried to use it on my tv it goes into the user page and when I click any user it either (randomly) says no internet connection (false) or it says My Cloud Home is unreachable, Could not connect to (ip). I can’t use the browser because its terrible and crazy slow. Also the TV doesnt work with 5G wifi.
I am starting to regretting my decision to buy such a jailed or restricted (if thats the correct word) NAS. I would appreciate any response.
