Hello! I’ve recently found a bug in at least the Web, IOS, and LG versions of Plex (these are the two versions I have ready access to).
I have several directories in my Library that I have set to “exclude from home screen and search”. These are HDR 4K Movies and TV, since really they only work well on my home network. My users know not to go into these directories and play these files unless they have the proper setup to be able to play them.
I’ve noticed though that recently my “Recently Added” has vanished from my home screens. I have “Merge Recently Added items” ticked on. What seems to be happening is that if I have an item that is normally excluded from my home screen pinned in my library, it will exclude ALL libraries from the “recently added” screen, causing those options to disappear.
I’ve made sure that in the options the boxes for "recently added movies and TV " are all checked for the libraries that should show up on the main screen.
Is this a bug anyone else has run into, or found a workaround for? This is when managing the home screen automatically. I can fix the problem by sorting it manually on web, but I can’t do that on my LG TV or in IOS (as far as I can tell).
