The Plex remote control on Android phone within the Plex App does not control the Plex Home Theatre correctly. This has been going on for some time now.

The issue I find is that when tapping the jump Forward by 30 seconds button on the Plex app on my phone, the item playing on the PHT just stops playing.

The rewind back by 10 seconds button works perfectly.

Any ideas?

Are you talking about the old Plex Home Theater?
It is no longer supported. The last update was released 3 years ago.
