I have PMS, PHT and androit app. I have a synology NAS on which I have two 4T disks devoted to media shared via NFS to the media server running on linux (a virtual machine hosted on VMware paid version)
Early on, from the android app I remember being able to pause playback, advance 30 seconds, go back 30 seconds and a multitude of other functions. Now I cannot see a way to do these things. The PHT is a dedicated Win7 pro PC plugged intto the home theater amplifier and HD TV system,
Can someone please direct me to where I can find out how to regain this remote control functionality?
My sincere thanks in advance.
@megabill PHT is no longer supported or actively developed by the plex team, its now open source and maintained by a fanbase, could be something changed in the android app that the PHT guys have yet to get to, but im sure they will

If PHT is no longer a supported entity, what is the current supported replacement for it that can be connected to the TV and 5.1 amp and still remote controlled from the android app? Or is there a better way to remote control the current device? I guess I’m out of touch with current practice.
OK I found the media player thru plex pass downloads. I am checking it out. So far it looks good.

OpenPHT is the app that is being developed now if you want to retain the same UI.
