I can confirm that it isn't working for me. Apple TV 3rd Gen. Signed in or out.
PlexConnect just reports that there aren't any libraries available.
No progress so far for that plex home feature?
I just wanted to let you guys know I found a bit of a workaround for this and PlexConnect until the wondeful folks who created it could sort through the APIs. Obviously a Plex Pass is required.
I created a separate Plex account with a dummy email address, invited that email address as an existing Plex user (Settings>Users>Add User>Add An Existing Plex User), and set up the appropriate Libraries I wanted them to access.
Then in the PlexConnect/Trailers app on Apple TV, I went to Settings and logged in with the dummy email address and password. If you go to the Shared Libraries tab in the Trailers app, all of the correct Libraries appear.
Let me know if you guys have any other questions, and hope this is helpful to you.
Disabling Home via Settings > Users > "Leave Home" works for me (PMS 0.9.11.5 w/ PC 0.3.1+ on Mint 17 Qiana, aTV3). I suggest we make this and jad257's post ^^ sticky until there is support for multi-user in PlexConnect.

I had to go a bit further and disable the PIN I had (overzealously) created in setting up "Home": Click on Settings> Users> click the green padlock next to username > confirm PIN > "Remove". Finally, "Leave Home"

Wahlman and CyberGhost are dealing with themes and this installer tool. They - to my knowledge - did not yet implement major new features into PlexConnect's core code.

Thanks for the information about the home feature - I completely understand time constraints and understand not wanting to commit to a timeframe, however it is nice to know that you have started looking into this.

For what it’s worth, I’m using plexconnect with my PMS on OSX on a Mac mini. When I activated plex home, nothing changed with my plexconnect, so I didn’t change a thing on my appletv. I’m signed in to my plex with my original myplex account like before, and my libraries are showing

Installed a secondary, managed user - but the main user still shows/accesses all PMS content.
What is different? Did you guys lock the first account with a private PIN?

Yes, I ended up putting a private pin on the main account. No effect on my AppleTV, still signed in with the main account.
Hi, since this feature is now supported, I tried it out just now, but I cannot get PlexConnect to connect to the libraries of the server. I still only see the server and "Search" but no 'other' libraries (while old servers are found and displayed with all libraries).
Anybody an idea what went wrong? Otherwise the implementation looks super -> Huge thank you @Baa!!!
EDIT: The log looks actually relatively clean, what I could find was:

EDIT: The library for other users are in shared libraries. I had it on Hide... It work's fine now !
Here I have a different problem. I have 5 libraries:
- 2 Movies Libraries (Working)
- 1 Video Clip Library (Working)
- 1 TV Series Library (Not Working)
- 1 Anime Library (Not Working)
If I search for it on atv, it works normally and I can stream, but I can't browse these libraries. I didn't used PlexHome when I upgraded to the last code version, tried everything listed here and nothing worked.
Since I don't have too many media in these 2 libraries, I can live with the search while it is implemented but I decided to post since it was a bit different than the other experiences listed here. Same log messages, so I didn't attached mine. :)

I played around a lot (sign in, sign out, etc) but cannot think of any more options now.

Ok, but if i sign in and there is no users selected i have access to my library... I'd like to hide library if there is no users selected. Is it possible? Unless someone has a better idea?
