Hi,
I've been using PHT under windows for some time in my primary living room - it works great.
I've just got 2x raspberry pi 2 and wanted to run PHT under that.
I started looking at RasPlex but that didn't support live TV (which I need), so I moved onto OpenElec 5.0.3 with the PlexBMC plugin.
Is there any way of getting the PlexBMC experience similar to PHT? (eg. trailers, UI etc).
Other than that the functionality of PlexBMC looks good.
I've also been ripping blurays retaining their original DTS-HD and Dolby-MA tracks (using MakeMKV) - these play great on the windows 7 PHT, but on the Pi some of these movies choke via PlexBMC (despite the fact the rpi2 is connected via ethernet). It is my understanding that in pass through mode, the DTS-HD audio track would still have the DTS core track played on the Rpi2 in passthrough mode.. and this seems to be the case with all the ripped DTS-HD blurays - they all work great.
However some of the blurays have Dolby-Master audio on them and some Dolby Digital - it seems to be these which choke the Rpi2.
Anyone know what the solution is or should I discuss this on a different forum perhaps;

thanks
edit: After installing the MPEG2 codec the few blurays I were having problems with in terms of playback suddenly started to play without issue (without transoding) so I suspect on some of my older bluray rips (like the film 2001), the film contained an audio track covered by the MPEG2 codec, so apart from not having the full PHT experience on the rpi2 yet, everything else is working perfectly.
