I just wanted to mention that the debug overlay is a bit glitchy. The overlay can be opened when you hit STRG+Shift+D. It is really useful and I use it a lot as it shows some very useful information. I noticed however that opening and closing it can be hit or miss. Sometimes it works as it should and then when opening it again it won’t close anymore, even though hitting the keys. You hit the key(s) and nothing happens or the overlay closes and immediately opens again. I thought this is due to the 3-key shortcut and me not hitting the keys correctly but even after modifying the keyboard.json and changing the shortcut to a different key (F8 in my case) it still is glitchy. This tends to only show up when playing something (with framerate switching turned on), opening and closing the overlay while being in the main file selecting menu is fine. This behavior is also not limited to one machine, it shows on all of my pcs that have Plex HTPC installed and I cannot remember it being so in PMP.

This issue is still present but you can use the mpv overlay instead. For it to show up you just need to rename the input.conf.md file you find in the Appdata/Plex HTPC dir to input.conf. Restart Plex HTPC and now you can hit Shift+i and you get the mpv stats overlay, you may know from standalone mpv. (You can also switch between stats, with 1,2,3)
