Plex HTPC not opening

When I try and open Plex HTPC the icon comes up and the task bar but the app does not open. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling the latest version but the same thing happens. What do I need to do to get this working again?

Did you move it to a temporarily attached extra screen last time?
