Does Plex HTPC offer offline viewing of my media like the Mobile Apps?

i am looking for a solution whereby i have gone on holiday and want to save some of my media to take with me.

i tried my mobile and using a cable to find that the cable i took didn’t work, i tried a FireHD tablet to also come into the same issue. i tried a FireStick looking to use OTG Cable and a USB Stick to find the option to Download wasnt there.

i want to try keep the same experience as like many i have a wife who is reluctant to change and learning tech and so the ability to plug in a mini htpc pc and have the same plex experience at home is a must.

i have a Udoo x86 i am looking to use with Windows and the HTPC app but dont want to waste my time again. i have found little than a review saying its coming soon.

It does not.

Only “Plex for Windows/Mac/Linux” (this is the “desktop” counterpart to Plex HTPC) does support downloads.
