It would be the least to add the option of downloading offline content like on Android platform. I can watch my content offline on my cellphone & tablet but I cant on my PC with HTPC…
Please add this option to HTPC.

Do note that Plex for Windows/Mac/Linux does support downloads.
What specifically are you missing?
with the sync + download option you can choose how many episodes will be automaticaly downloaded and deleted in update of which has been watched or not (same option as mobile PLEX)… its not available on PLEX HTPC
but I understand that I can just download the file from PLEX on browser and problem solve. it was just a suggestion for PLEX HTPC
Plex for Windows/Mac/Linux is not the browser. See https://www.plex.tv/media-server-downloads/#plex-app. You’ll see there are two PC apps of which HTPC is one of them. The other supports downloads and offline playback just as in your mobile apps.
