Plex HW transcoder stopped because of an Error?

Server Version#: 4.141.0
Player Version#: 8.4.4 (latest IOS version)
HW encoding is setup correctly and was working for years before.

Also tried to delete old codec and restart download codec again…
Picture shows that Plex is using the HW but the player just stopped on all devices with the error message “transcoder stopped because of an error”

I did a test using the same HW encoder playing the same files in JellyFin & Emby both runs fine when transcoding. Plex works fine when doing direct play only.

Getting desperate can someone point me in the right direction?
Running the Plex official docker on Unraid for years.
