Plex intermittently not pulling images from TheTVDB

Lately, since a few updates ago, (don’t know exactly when it started) my Plex server has been missing images from TheTVDB.com. Posters, backgrounds, etc are at times completely wrong or missing from my TV Shows and Movies. Refreshing Metadata does nothing, I have even posted new images on TheTVDB.com to update some of the shows images and it never pulls the image from the website.

Any ideas on how to fix this or what is causing this?

Just curious if anyone is noticing this also?

Just to add to this mystery, I am also seeing agents not appearing in my movies section since the last update or 2 to my server. Only the Plex agent is showing on the drop down. I have not changed any settings or anything.
